- Minimum orders: There is no minimum retail order and no charges will accrue for handling purposes.

- Invoicing: Invoices that are issued are Net 30 terms. If you do not pay within that allotted time frame, a charge of 18% APR will accrue until the invoice is paid. Invoices will not be issued without the customer acknowledgement.
- Excise tax: A 10% Federal Excise Tax has been added to all item prices where applicable. Payment Terms: I accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal. Checks must clear the register before order is shipped, or making of a rod occurs. There is a $25.00 charge on all returned checks and checks that do bounce will not be accepted from that customer on recurring orders.
- Shipping from Laurel Ridge Rods: All packages will be sent Best Way shipping. USPS flat rate boxes are used the majority of the time for retail items such as fly tying material or other small items. Rod’s will ship in PVC tube or hardened cardboard tube via UPS. Unless another shipping preference is stated by the customer, all orders will be shipped at the best method to be determined by the Merchant.
- Back orders: Will be processed as quickly as possible to serve your needs. A delivery confirmation will be issued.
- Delivery: Delivery time will vary according to inventory on hand, carrier speed and ship dates. All orders will be processed promptly but can be subject to a five to seven day processing period. Please allow ten to fourteen days for delivery and longer for backorders.
- Shortages and claims: Orders with missing items or shortages must be reported to Laurel Ridge Rods with proof of receipt within (10) days of receipt of merchandise.
- Returns: Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of invoice unless cleared by Laurel Ridge Rods in advance. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. A copy of the invoice or warranty must accompany returned items. All rod sales are final.
- Damaged Shipments: Claims on merchandise damaged in transit must be filed directly with the carrier unless otherwise specified by the carrier. Prices are FOB Laurel Ridge Rods, Export, PA 15632.
- ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE! Special orders: A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required for all special merchandise orders.
- Cancellations: Cancellations of an issued invoice will result in the loss of deposit made previous. No exceptions.
