First-Time Build Discount Offer?

I am so pleased to take on the challenges and requests of new clients each and every time, so to show my appreciation I feel I need to give something back. If you are a first time buyer at Laurel Ridge Rods, any style of custom rod totaling $200.00 will recieve a discounted per-guide labor rate of $6.00/per guide and also not be charged for handle installation. I feel this is the least I can do for the hours of enjoyment my customers give me while making thier rod.

 

How Do I Go About Paying For My Rod?

This question comes up for good reason almost every time I deal with a new customer. The easiest way I have found after the consultation is to issue two seperate invoices. The first is a deposit invoice for all materials that are factored in on a formal quote invoice. Once this is paid, I begin building. At the conclusion of the build, I issue another invoice taking care of the labor charge, and shipping. Reciept's will be issued after the invoices are paid. I prefer to deal with Pay-Pal for secure credit card transactions, but will not turn down a sent check or money order. If you have any more questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

 

Warranty Policy

One problem with custom rods is the fact that most builders have a hard time servicing a warranty option. Rod blank manufacturers will back their blank against faults in craftsmanship, and when buying a rod a warranty card direct from the blank manufacturer will be provided to ensure your investment. I myself guarantee finish and component installation to perform to the highest quality standards and will stand by these statements in an event of failure. Any craftsmanship error is guaranteed for the lifetime of the original rod owner and will be fixed or replaced free of charge with no extra cost at time of purchase. This policy is critical in making sure that the customer is getting the most out of their investment. Consultations and estimates are offered free of charge by way of telephone fax or e-mail.
